 The woodlands lake is our smallest lake just under a acre in size.
It is set in a small wooded area surrounded by mature trees,this lake was exavated in 1984 so there is alot of leaf litter and silt build up in it now.The water is very clear nearly all year round,the deepest part of the lake is about 5 feet.There are weed,reed and lilly beds making it a more challenging lake.We only have 5 swims on this lake, so from spring onwards we would recommend you book in advance to avoid dissapointment.
 The wooodlands lake has Catfish up to 50lb in it,with the one on the right being 44lb.
There are also Mirror and common carp in the woodlands lake up to 30lb.
There are also Pike up 18lb.
We do allow night fishing on the woodlands lake as this is the best time for catching a large Catfish,We also allow baitboats on the woodlands lake as there are alot of over hanging trees making it difficult to cast under.
When the fields have dried out you can drive right over to the woodlands lake making it a short walk to your swim. |
